Qiqi aims to capture a flourishing yet serene state of existence, in harmony with Eastern philosophy and its intrinsic meaning. The brand explores the use of Chinese materials, questioning the relationship between objects and the body in terms of density and spacing, and creating daily jewelry that feels close to nature and the body.
Qiqi, which reveres the beauty of time, utilizes hand-polished and burnished techniques. In the initial stages, the metal surface presents a pearl-white matte, much like a blank canvas, marking the point where the object and body meet. Over time, the piece naturally achieves a polished finish, producing a warm luster, allowing each Qiqi piece of jewelry to intimately record the wearer’s narrative, becoming their unique object.
