For the products showed out-of-stock, we might able to require restock from the designer, in that case please don’t hesitate to send us your needs through our contact page. For pre-order and made-to-order pieces, it might take up to a month for the production and delivery, please kindly according to the shipping description on the product page or contact us via contact@aesavant.com

SHIPPING

Orders placed on AESAVANT can be delivered every day. Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. AESAVANT cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we'll try to minimize any potential delays.

You may pick it up at our Paris boutique two hours after you place the order within our opening hours. Please kindly note that if the piece it’s pre-order or made-to-order, we will notice you the estimate arrival time by email.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All product prices displayed include 20% EU Value Added Tax (VAT).
Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, the system will automatically adjust the price based on your location:
- For orders within the European Union (EU): VAT remains included in the final price, and no additional import duties will apply.
- For orders outside the EU: The 20% VAT will be automatically deducted at checkout. However, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the courier or your local customs authority. If unpaid, the shipment will be returned, and any associated return costs and fees will be deducted from your refund.

TRACKING

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email, followed by tracking details once your package ships. Orders are typically processed within two business days by AESAVANT and our partners. Please monitor the status of your parcel and email as customs duties or taxes may be required for delivery. AESAVANT is not liable for missed or failed deliveries and reserves the right to charge you the costs for taxes and return of uncollected packages.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected within the carrier’s holding period, this will be considered as the customer’s responsibility.
1. Reshipment
We can resend your order once it has been returned to us, provided that the items are still in stock and in good condition. An additional shipping fee will apply, which must be covered by the customer.
2. Refund
If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we will refund the product price only. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. If the carrier charges a return fee for sending the parcel back to us, this cost will also be deducted from your refund.
3. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that your contact details are entered correctly at checkout. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates from the carrier, including emails that may be directed to the spam/junk folder.

RETURNS

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at contact@aesavant.com or through the Merchandise Return in account center within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Once your return is approved, please ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days.

We can help arrange return shipping upon request. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may choose to return the parcel using your preferred courier.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned.

When trying on footwear, please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

If an item has a AESAVANT security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged packaging, where applicable.

Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

Made-to-order items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you. we have photo records before sending out our items, please also provide photos of the condition of the goods and the package for us to start the investigation with the carrier.

Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

To create a better shopping experience for our customers, we offer a flexible returns policy. We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to close your AESAVANT account or restrict future orders if your return behaviour is in breach of our Returns Policy. 

Cancelling an order under the Consumer Contracts Regulation

Depending on where you live, you can also choose to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) 2013 Regulations (CCRs). If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify us of your wish to cancel within 3 days from the date your order arrived using one of the methods set out below. Once you notify us, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the items to the AESAVANT brand or partner boutique you ordered from.

To cancel a contract, you must inform us, preferably:

By email contact@aesavant.com, giving us your name, address, and order reference; or

By completing and returning this cancelation form to the address specified in the form.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and accepted by our brand or partner, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider. If you're eligible, we may be able to process your refund as AESAVANT credit if you prefer. Once processed, it will show in your AESAVANT account to use the next time you shop with us.

Faulty items

If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on our website, contact our team as soon as possible.

We'll arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item or change item for a new one.
